This Heritage pork tastes amazing and the way these animals are cared for and given the freedom to be pigs is not only humane, but produces a healthy meat that can actually nourish the body.  This is not your normal store bought meat pumped with growth hormones and chemicals (including vaccinations) that have not been studied to see how they affect the food chain of this animal, mainly YOU the customer.

This supports the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) concept by giving money up front, in the form of a deposit, to aid the farmer in giving these animals the best quality life and supplemental feed to make sure their health is number one.  When the animal is healthier then the vitamins and minerals in the meat are more available for the health of the customer.

Once the Hog has went to the butcher, final price may be adjusted based on hanging weight minus any deposit - if deposit was made.
