Shipping & Returns
Shipping is included in each order!
✅ Double Check Your Shipping Info
Please double check your address and zip code before submitting your order. UPS will deliver it to the exact address you provide. Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot reroute it.
📍Where We Ship
We currently ship to states within a four days deliver time in order to limit thawed meats and wasted product.
We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or American service bases outside of the lower 48 states
📆 When We Ship
We ship on Monday and Tuesday (occasionally Wednesday during our busiest seasons).
Shipping early in the week ensures your beef does not get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.
🚚 How We Ship
Mac Glaisin Farm orders are shipped via FedEx using one of the following services that we select:
Ground
2nd Day Air
3 Day Select
Ground (based on location and time of year)
All processing fees, shipping, and handling costs are included in the final price
📦 Arkansas Orders
Shipping within Arkansas? Your meat ships FedEx ground and typically arrives 1 - 2 days after shipping.
📦 Ordering From Outside Arkansas?
Orders in any of the other lower 48 states are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or Ground depending on distance and weather. Mac Glaisin Farm chooses the best shipping times based on distance, weather situations, time and cost.
Most frozen beef orders arrive 24 - 48 hours after shipping.
❄️ How Meat Is Packed
Every frozen meat order is packed in a corrugated carboard box with a 1.5 inch insulated liner (easily recycled or disposed).
Packed with ice / dry ice to keep your beef frozen during transit.
It's normal for the ice to be gone when your box arrives.
Meat should still be frozen solid or cold to the touch (below 40 degrees F)
Check your meat upon arrival. If anything seems off, contact us.
📦 Tracking and Delivery
You'll receive a FedEx tracking number once your order ships. FedEx scans along the way but updates can be inconsistent.
We recommend being ready to receive your box once it is in route.
UPS may leave the box at your porch, garage, or gate depending on their policy.
Mac Glaisin Farm cannot control where the delivery driver places your box.
If you like, you can leave delivery instructions at checkout and we will put them on the outside of your box to help guide the driver. We cannot guarantee the delivery driver will follow the instructions.
Damaged Goods
If you box arrives damaged or somethin is broken let us know right away so we can issue a refund.
Perishable Meat
We do not accept returns on meat due to its perishable nature.
As long as your meat is below 40 degrees F on arrival it is safe to refrigerate or refreeze. If you have concerns, reach out.
Bulk Beef Orders - Change of Plans?
We get it, life happens.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to meat from your original order.
Example : Put down a 300 dollar deposit? We can ship you 300 dollars worth of meat.
Example: Made a deposit on a 1/4 beef share and something came up, you can't make the final payment, we can ship you an 1/8 of beef share.
