What started as a small family effort to raise better meat for our own freezer has grown into a full-time commitment to regenerative, pasture-based farming. Every morning, we move animals to fresh grass, work with the rhythms of nature, and keep our focus on doing things the right way — not the fast way.
Our heritage Tamworth hogs, known for their deep flavor and beautiful marbling, spend their days rooting and grazing in open pasture. Our Red Angus cattle are raised on grass, moved often, and finished naturally — producing beef that’s rich, tender, and full of integrity. And our pasture-raised broiler chickens live outdoors from sunrise to sunset, enjoying fresh air, sunshine, and non-GMO feed that keeps them healthy and strong.
We never use antibiotics, growth hormones, or confinement barns. Instead, we rely on good management, healthy soil, and daily attention to ensure every animal thrives.
